Radha Raman Green Energy Private Limited operates a 6 TPD Compressed Bio-Gas facility at Village Dhansri, Tehsil Jansath, District Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Paddy straw, pressmud and cattle dung are processed through plug-flow dry digestion and VPSA purification to produce renewable biomethane.
The gas is supplied to Indraprastha Gas Limited, while the nutrient-containing digestate provides the basis for Fermented Organic Manure made available for agricultural use.
Resources that begin on the farm should end up serving the farm again.
Our long-term intent is to develop renewable-energy infrastructure that treats agricultural biomass as a resource rather than a residue — producing energy for today and returning organic material to agriculture for tomorrow.

RENEWABLE ENERGY
Production of Compressed Bio-Gas from renewable biological resources through anaerobic digestion and gas upgrading.
AGRICULTURAL RESIDUE UTILISATION
Agricultural residue such as paddy straw is utilised as feedstock, creating a productive pathway for crop residue.
CIRCULAR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Energy is extracted while nutrient-containing digestate is recovered as the basis for Fermented Organic Manure.
RESPONSIBLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT
Infrastructure is developed with attention to process control, resource efficiency and the agricultural ecosystem around the facility.

6 TPD CBG production at Dhansri, Jansath
Feedstock handling, plug-flow dry digestion, raw biogas storage, VPSA purification and CBG compression are in operation on site.
Cascade supply to Indraprastha Gas Limited
CBG is filled into cylinder cascades and transported by road to Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) off-take points, supported by TPA arrangements with GAIL and IGL.
Direct integration with IGL's steel pipeline network
The facility is preparing for direct CBG injection into IGL's steel pipeline network. This integration is not yet in service — all supply currently moves by cascade.
