Radha Raman Green Energy Private Limited is advancing the productive utilisation of agricultural and organic resources through renewable biomethane production.

At our 6 TPD CBG facility at Dhansri, Jansath, District Muzaffarnagar, paddy straw, pressmud and cattle dung are transformed through plug-flow dry digestion and VPSA purification into Compressed Bio-Gas.

The gas is supplied to Indraprastha Gas Limited, while the organic material left behind returns to agriculture as Fermented Organic Manure.

At Radha Raman Green Energy, agricultural residue such as paddy straw is given a productive second life by utilising it as feedstock for renewable biogas production.

Feedstock

ONE CIRCULAR SYSTEM.

The Jansath facility is designed around locally available organic material. Paddy straw (prali) is the anchor feedstock, alongside pressmud and cattle dung — received, assessed and blended into a recipe suited to plug-flow dry digestion.

Sourcing feedstock within the surrounding agricultural belt keeps transport short and creates a paid outlet for material that otherwise has little value at the farm gate.

FROM BIOMASS
TO BIOMETHANE.

FEEDSTOCK SOURCING

Paddy straw (prali), pressmud (mali) and cattle dung sourced from the surrounding agricultural belt.

FEEDSTOCK PREPARATION

Material is stored, blended to a recipe and conveyed into the digesters at a controlled rate.

PLUG-FLOW DRY DIGESTION

Sealed concrete digesters break the biomass down without oxygen, held at working temperature by insulated heating circuits.

RAW BIOGAS STORAGE

Methane-rich raw biogas collects in a ground-mounted storage balloon that buffers the flow onward.

VPSA PURIFICATION

Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption removes carbon dioxide and trace components, upgrading raw biogas to biomethane.

COMPRESSION

Biomethane is compressed and filled into cylinder cascades as Compressed Bio-Gas.

DISPATCH TO IGL

Cascades travel by road to Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) off-take points, supported by TPA arrangements with GAIL and IGL. The facility is preparing for direct integration with IGL's steel pipeline network.

RESOURCE RECOVERY

Digestate from digestion provides the basis for Fermented Organic Manure, returned to agricultural use.

CBG is filled into cylinder cascades at the facility and transported by road to IGL off-take points. This is how every molecule of gas reaches the market today.

The facility is preparing for direct CBG injection into IGL's steel pipeline network, which would remove the road leg. This is not yet in service — all supply continues through cascade dispatch today.

Renewable-energy production at Radha Raman does not end with CBG.

Anaerobic digestion also produces nutrient-containing digestate, which can be processed into Fermented Organic Manure (FOM) for agricultural use.

By making FOM available to the agricultural ecosystem, Radha Raman creates another productive pathway from the biogas process — connecting renewable-energy production back to the farms and resources from which the cycle began.
